POLENTA
This product represents a valid alternative to traditional polenta; besides respecting the quality, the taste and the protein values it also offers high digestibility and low calorie content thanks to the addition of thanks to the addition of pure vegetable fiber. With no coloring or preservatives, Furlanina takes its place in any Mediterranean diet.

MICROBIOLOGICAL CONTROL:
Continuous analyses are performed in the laboratories of our main supplier of raw material, Nuova D.F. SpA, to guarantee an careful choice of the flours we use, with a low micro-bacterial level and worked with non-genetically modified corn.

HIGH QUALITATIVE LEVEL – CONTINUOUSLY COOKED AT 250° - MAXIMUM GUARANTEE OF HYGIENE
The hygiene of the product is guaranteed by the unique kind of packaging which is continuously connected to production and makes it possible to package the polenta without the polenta coming into contact with the surrounding environment.

BETTER DIGESTIBILITY:
Our polenta has a high degree of digestibility which is obtained by means of a thermal cooking cycle to protect the integrity of the proteins and their biological value, thus obtaining a high level of gelation of starches, making our product highly digestible.

MORE NUTRITIONAL POWER THANKS TO FIBER:
Our polenta, cooked with the patented "Turbomixer" system with the addition of pure vegetable fiber, achieves an excellent protein content. This is due to the high degree of de-germination of the corn, indicator of good quality of the raw materials.
Our polenta turns out to have a low calorie content, suitable therefore to the Mediterranean diet.
